  • Booking and Reservation should be made 24 hours before the actual tour and excursions.
  • We can only confirmed the booking once the payment is done through Cash or Credit Card.
  • Cancellation Should be done 48 Hrs. before the actual tours. NO SHOW will be charge 100% of the actual amount paid. If Cancellation is made before 48 Hours Full Refund will be made, less than 24 hours but after 48 hours 50% refund will be made.
  • No refund is allowed for any missed tours. Adventure Trip Tourism will not arrange any alternative vehicles for the guest if the guest did not show up on the location during the pick-up timing stated on the tours.
